The Role:

We are looking for people to join Stellar at our modern, inbound call centre in West Perth, servicing the customer needs of a Federal Government department.

In your role, you will be processing customer claims including administrative and data entry responsibilities (non-telephony based role).

Prior to commencing the role, you will take part in 3 weeks of full-time, paid training to equip you with the skills you require to be successful in this role, with ongoing support as you consolidate your skills. If you are unable to complete training on a full-time basis, we may be able to provide you with part-time options.

This position is a fixed term (6 month) part-time opportunity. You will be working from 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 4pm-8pm with the potential for additional hours and weekend work depending on availability. Following the initial 6-month term, there is a possibility for extension or upskilling into telephony work and full-time hours.

The opportunity would be suited to anyone looking for experience or employment in an administrative or data entry role who may also require flexibility outside the normal 9-5. If you want to know more about what flexibility we can offer, please apply.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Ability to work toward achieving set targets
  • Proven reliability and ability to adhere to a schedule
  • You must be an Australian citizen and be willing to provide documents to undergo an entry level security check, including a citizenship check, national police clearance and identity check
