Customer Solutions Specialist

Permanent Part Time - 24 hours/week

Start Date: Monday 4 January 2021

About the role:

As one of our Call Centre Representatives you will be responsible for speaking on behalf of one of Queensland’s biggest brands. The role is based in our Gold Coast call centre located in Biggera Waters. Your role will be in a rapidly-growing team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. There is the potential to receive monthly rewards for achieving targets too.

We are offering permanent part-time positions working a 5 out of 7 day roster with rotating shifts 24/7.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:

  • quickly build a rapport with customers over the phone
  • work in an environment with set targets and timeframes
  • actively listen while also performing other tasks
  • competently use a computer
  • demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
  • work 5 out of 7 days on a Monday – Sunday roster
