Call Centre Representative – West Perth

Permanent Part-Time Customer Service Role – Minimum 30 Hours per week, but can be flexible for the right candidates

$45,635 (FTE) pa salary + super

The Role:

 

We are looking for people to join Stellar at our modern, inbound call centre in West Perth, servicing the customer needs of a Federal Government department.

 

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for answering high volumes of customer enquiries and providing accurate advice and the right solutions to our customers using our knowledge management system. The role is a permanent, part-time opportunity (working minimum 30 hours per week) and you will be working within the operational hours of 6.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday on a scheduled, rotational roster.

 

Prior to commencing the role, you will take part in up to 8 weeks of part-time paid training to equip you with the skills you require to be successful in this role, with ongoing support as you consolidate your skills.

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Computer proficiency, as well as strong verbal communication and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Ability to work toward achieving set targets
  • Strong sense of professionalism and resilience
  • Proven reliability and ability to adhere to a schedule
  • You must be an Australian citizen and be willing to provide documents to undergo an entry level security check, including a citizenship check, national police clearance and identity check
